The Firenze Watch from Murano Watches

Welcome back to GreatTiming everyone. We’ve been enjoying our summer here. It has been a surprisingly mild one. It’s usually a scorcher by now.

So let’s get right into this one. I don’t typically do women’s watch reviews, and that is for obvious reasons. But every once in a great while, if something strikes my fancy I might buy it for my mother, ask her how she likes it, and check it out myself, and then write up a little something.

So here it is: a little review of the Firenze gold tone bangle watch from Murano Watches.

First and foremost, I would just like to say that the gold tone (it’s not solid gold by any means) on this watch looks very convincing. It doesn’t look like it’s trying to imitate gold but comes off as fake, it looks comfortable being gold tone. Not gold, but gold tone. I just wanted to get that point out of the way, because I feel that that is the first thing that I noticed about the watch. It’s definitely not real gold, but it doesn’t have that cheap feeling to it.

Ok, so now that we’ve got that out of the way, I can get on to the meat and potatoes of the review. The watch looked simply stunning on my mother’s wrist. She’s not a huge watch gal, but since it’s what I do, she suffers through it to help me out. Thanks mom. Anyway, the hand-blown murano glass beads adorning the face of the watch looked great, and added just that perfect little pop of color to the watch. The flower designs accent the beads quite nicely, and give your eyes something to focus on to break up the gold of the watch, while focusing and framing all of that color to a specific location so that it doesn’t become distracting.

The Firenze is a bangle style clasping watch, rather than a normal link wrist watch like most of murano millefiori’s other watches. I personally like the clasp-style bracelet; I think it looks nice on the wrist. Women will have more to say on this fashion-wise than I, so I will leave that for them. The watch is gold, so it will look good with a lot of different outfits, but it also comes in a silver variety, and a silver variety with a blue face, if gold is not your style.

The watch features a high quality Miyota 2035 movement made by Citizen, for improved accuracy and reliability. The bangle fits wrists from 5 1/2 inches to 7 inches, and is also nickel free for anyone who may have allergies. The watch also comes with a one-year warranty and an attractive gift bag to store this one-of-a-kind work of art in. And for about fifty bucks, you can’t beat the quality of workmanship in this watch for the price.

If you want to buy a truly unique watch for that special woman in your life, you can’t go wrong with the Firenze watch from Murano watches.
